BLT invites you to join us on Friday July 4th, 2008, during the Star Spangled Celebration, for one of three COMMUNITY NATURE WALKS at Cheadle Lake Hikes begin at 3:00pm, 5:00pm & 7:00pm Get You Flyer Here Cheadle Lake Trail Degree of Difficulty EASY: Uneven Terrain Length of Time / Miles 2 hours / 4 miles Because of brush overgrowth and nesting birds, dogs are not allowed on this hike. BLT will be leading 3 separate hikes at 3:00, 5:00, and 7:00 p.m.  This is an excellent opportunity to see the progress currently being made around Cheadle Lake and get a better feel for the future of the Lebanon trails system. Build Lebanon Trails (BLT) volunteers will provide information about the development of the Lebanon Trail System and how this trail is an intricate part of the overall BLT trail system. Lebanon Community Foundation (LCF) Board Members provided information about Cheadle Lake’s existing improvements and future development. Dr. Raylene Gordin explains the prospects of enhancing bird habitat in the trail environment with the abundant aquatic and native wildlife.
